August: Hydration and Energy

Your 21-Day Wellness Practice

Welcome

Welcome to your August Hydration and Energy practice.

During the next three weeks, you will notice your hydration patterns, explore possible connections with your energy, and practice hydration support that fits your life.

Your workbook is the main resource for this practice. Daily emails will guide you to the appropriate page, and a weekly live Zoom session will help you reflect, prepare for the next week, and ask questions.

You are not expected to create a perfect routine or reach a specific hydration goal. This practice is an opportunity to gather information, learn what supports you, and make choices that follow your personal hydration and medical guidance.

Download Your Workbook

Your workbook is the main written resource for this 21-day practice. Download it before you begin so it is ready when your daily email prompts arrive.

Daily Email Guidance

You will receive a short email each day during the 21-day practice. Each email will introduce the day’s focus and direct you to the corresponding workbook page.

The daily emails are reminders and guides. Your workbook contains the complete practice, check-in, and writing space.

How to Use the Daily Emails

  • Open the email when it fits your schedule.

  • Follow the link or page number to find that day’s workbook practice.

  • Complete the practice at a time that works for you.

  • Record what you notice in your workbook.

  • If you miss a day, continue when you are ready. You do not need to catch up or complete two practices at once.

Keep your workbook nearby and use each email as a simple prompt to continue your practice—one day at a time.

Hydration Safety Reminder

This practice provides general wellness education and guided reflection. It does not replace medical advice or individualized hydration guidance.

Hydration needs vary. Health conditions, medications, activity, environment, and personal medical guidance may affect what is appropriate for you.

Follow the hydration and medical guidance provided by your healthcare professional. If you have questions about how much or what you should drink, speak with a qualified healthcare provider.

Your observations are information—not proof of success or failure. Choose what is appropriate for your needs and your real life.
