21-Day Movement Challenge

This APRIL, you are challenged to have fun while you add 30-minutes of Daily Movement every day for 21 days. You can add 30-min of fun ways to get active each day. Whether you walk, run, play with your grandkids, play with your dogs, dance, or whatever you choose -just get moving for 30-minutes each day.
This challenge is from April 6-26. This month we will focus on being active for 30-minutes a day and building better habits by increasing your daily activity. You can break down this daily activity in at least 10 minutes at a time for a total of 30 minutes a day.
