This MAY, we will be practicing exercises designed to improve your balance and prevent falls.

Being able to maintain physical balance is crucial to performing everyday activities such as going up and down the stairs to reaching your upper cabinets. Many people are committed to doing daily exercises like walking 10K steps or may even do some strength training exercises a few times a week, they often neglect doing any exercises to build Better Balance.

Maintaining balance is actually requires not only being able to hold balance (as in standing on one foot) but also lower body and core strength, full range of motion, reaction time, and so much more.

This month we will focus on practicing the basics of balance as well as improving the use of balance in daily activities​​
