Now that summer is FINALLY here and for many of you the school year is also finished and the kids or grandkids are home...What is the first thing you are going to do? If you are anything like me and my friends, you are probably spending some time decompressing after a long year. 

 

Those with school-aged children probably spent the last few weeks of the school year stressing over testing, field days and half days, proms/dances, and the kids having "summeritis" and WHATEVER else was happening with the kids. Not to mention any of the work stress you dealt with in your own businesses.

 

Even for those of us without school-aged children, these past few weeks have been very hectic. EVERYONE is in a bit of transition - either from your kids (or grandkids) or maybe increase workload because other people are home with their kids or grandkids. Many businesses have ended their fiscal year or the very least, we are managing both personal and business taxes.

 

AND NOW - you have the added pressure of planning out the summer! You are working around vacations, holidays, family time, conferences or professional development, PLUS trying to manage your work schedule as well.
